Character Attributes represent categorizations of Characters which interest the author. Not all categorizations interest all authors and not all categorizations are appropriate for all characters.
Sample Character Attributes could be:
marital status
weight
education
job history
goals
angst
angered by
frightened by
finds what funny?
finds what NOT funny?
